Reds 2B Brandon Phillips and Dodgers 2B Orlando Hudson today teamed up to implement their Around the Mound Tour, Cincinnati is the 8th stop in a 9 city, 10 event tour. The tour was created to get more African-American youth interested in the sport of baseball. Hudson has gathered other African-American MLB players around the league, to help support his efforts and will visit the cities where games are played by the Los Angeles Dodgers, to speak to middle school, high school, RBI and little league baseball teams in urban areas.
