The Coveted Ohio Cup

Tonight the Reds and Indians kick off the 13th season of interleague games. The Reds won the 2008 season series vs the Indians and along with it the coveted Ohio Cup trophy, presented by The Ohio Lottery. The Reds went 5-1 vs Cle last season, including a 3-game sweep at Great American Ball Park in May and a 2-1 series victory in June at Progressive Field. Dunn received the series’ Ohio MOP award after hitting .300 (6-20) and leading all players with 5hr and 10rbi.
